This feature allows other applications to invoke the EPTT application preparing it to send 1-1 or 1-Many PTT calls to other EPTT users. Once invoked, the EPTT button must be pressed to complete the call. The user can continue to stay in the EPTT application until the PTT call is ended.
This feature allows other applications to invoke the EPTT application, preparing it to send a Call-Me alert to another EPTT user. Once invoked, the user will see a dialog box containing the alert. The alert must be confirmed by the sender prior to the message being sent. Appropriate error messages will be displayed in an EPTT dialog box if pre-conditions are not met.
The following platforms are supported for the Deep linking EPTT API:
Deep linking provides application interoperability between any Native or WebView App, and the native EPTT application. The intent of this feature is to provide applications the ability to invoke EPTT calling and Call-Me Alerts. When the deep linking API is invoked and the EPTT application is running in the background, the EPTT application will be invoked to prepare to run the intended operation on a mobile device. The user will then be prompted to confirm execution of the desired operation.
