Developer and Privacy Friendly Features
The Host-App can delegate the Altitude generation function to the ZSDK by simply providing their KEY and the Altitude output rate. The ZSDK handles the rest by collecting the appropriate information from the device and returning the Altitude data in one of 4 modes – once per second, once per 30sec, once per minute or just Once (called One-Time mode).
The ZSDK does NOT ready device specific identifiers like IMEI, IMSI, AD-ID device MAC addresses etc.
The NextNav ZSDK provides accurate altitude data within the nationwide NextNav Altitude service area on devices with suitably quipped barometric pressure sensor. The altitude data currently is provided in meters of height above ellipsoid (HAE) in WGS84 datum and in meter of height above terrain (HAT) at the device’s 2D location.

NextNav Z Evaluation (NNZE) App
The NNZE Android App enables developers to experience and evaluate the Altitude data generated by the ZSDK. This App integrates the ZSDK and presents the output of the ZSDK on the NNZE App UI in either graph or in a data collect form. The app also locally (on the phone) stores the Altitude data collected from the ZSDK. The graph view mode allows the user to experience the altitude changes as they move about or ride in an elevator.
